At FBC Watauga, we place a high value on your children. We believe God's word is relevant even to them. Therefore, it is our intent to help your children grow in and learn God's word in a manner applicable to their age. As a parent, we understand that your priority is your child's safety. FBC Watauga provides a loving and safe environment for your children of all ages. Below you will find different areas that your children can connect. As you browse through the ministries, we are certain that you will find something that your child will love!

Sunday Morning:
9:30-10:40 a.m.- Nursery & Sunday school for infants – 6th grade
10:45-12:00 a.m.- Nursery & Extended care for infants- Kindergarten

Sunday Evening:
6:00-7:00 p.m.- Nursery for Infants – Kindergarten

Wednesday Evening:
6:30-8:00 p.m.- AWANA (during school year) Infants-6th grade
High Power Soccer (June 29th- July 27th)K-6th Grade

VBS is an exciting time, every year, at FBC Watauga. This year’s theme is “The Big Apple Adventure.” Vacation Bible School is a great opportunity for Children, grades K-6th grade, to learn more about the Bible, worship, and the Christian life through classes, games, crafts, music and many other fun activities.

Although AWANA does not meet during the summer, we still have a place for your child to connect. High Power soccer is a great time for your child to hear God’s word, fellowship with other kids, and get some energy out!

Wednesday nights, this summer, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. your child will want to be part of this exciting opportunity.
Dates: June 29-July 27

Pre-Teen camp will be “radical” this year! FBC Watauga will, again, be taking your children to Riverbend Encampment August 5-9, 2011. Pre-Teen camp is for children who have completed grades 3rd-6th. The cost is $180 per camper. Make sure your child is able to attend.

AWANA provides the foundation of our children’s ministry. Every Wednesday night, during the school year, children fill the church with excitement as they come together to learn about the love of Christ. Wednesday’s are filled with learning scripture, games and activities, music, and a relevant Bible lesson.
