Food Share America
First Baptist Church of Watauga now offers a food program, designed to give you more choices. From basic boxes to special grill or produce boxes, there is something to fit every family’s food need. Or, you can order any one or more items from the ala carte choices. You decide exactly what will suit your family best. Now, more than ever, families are turning to organizations such as Food Share America to help make ends meet. Proper nutrition is so important but often compromised when are trying to get the most for our money. Because Food Share America is a non-profit organization it uses many volunteers to work the program. You will be able to immediately see a savings in your grocery budget. No minimum purchase is required. There are no qualifications…if you eat, you qualify. If you are not interested in participating we do take donations that helps buy food for a neighbor in our church or community that needs help. There are three ways to order in this program. You can order online at www.foodshareamerica.com with Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards. You can phone in your order (1.800.933.7427, M-F 9-5) and use your credit/debit cards OR food stamps. Or, if you prefer to order in person using a check or cash you can stop by the church office any weekday 9-4 (phone 817.281.0934).
