Dennis Hester, Pastor
Dennis began his ministry as Senior Pastor at FBC Watauga in February 2005 after a successful 13 year pastorate at FBC in May, Texas. He graduated from Howard Payne University with a BA in Practical Theology and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with MA in Theology concentrating in New Testament. FBC Watauga is excited about the vision and growth that has been experienced under the leadership of our pastor. His wife Susan and four daughters Katie, KariAnn, Kelsey, and Libbie are his most treasured gifts from God.

Paul Michael Vacca, Associate Pastor & Student Minister
Paul Michael Vacca serves as our Associate Pastor/ Student Minister. Before coming to Watauga, he planted a church in Princeton, TX and served as the Senior Pastor for five years. Paul Michael has been involved in youth ministry for over 12 years. He earned a BA in Biblical Studies and a MA in Ministry with a focus in Evangelism from The Criswell College. He is currently working on a PhD at Southwestern Seminary. Proverbs 27:17 states, “As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” Paul Michael desires to see students reach the next level in their spiritual journey through their relationships with one another and Jesus Christ. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife Katie and their two children.

Zack Hudson, Worship Minister
Zack has previously served as the Children’s Minister at FBC Watauga and Student Minister at Sheridan Road Baptist Church in Tulsa. He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a BA in Telecommunications and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a MDiv. His desire is to see all people worship the Lord with their hearts (Isaiah 29:13). He is married to Charlyanne. Zack and Charly have two children that they enjoy spending time with. Andrew is their oldest son who loves to play guitar and Karah, their daughter always has a smile on her face!

Dennis Serratt, Business Manager
He has worked in sales management with the Gillette Company for 22 years, leading and managing many sales teams and processes. God has recently directed Dennis towards managing HIS business and HIS church. Dennis serves as the business face at Watauga First Baptist Church. He also serves as the Chaplain for the Watauga Police department. He and his lovely wife, Betty, have been married for 29 years.

Kevin Skinner, Children's Minister and College & Young Adult Minister
He has served in different facets of ministry since 2002 including 3 years as the Associate Pastor and College minister for a church plant in Tulsa, Ok. He has a bachelor's degree in Practical Ministry with a minor in Business Administration. He is working on a MDiv at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His life verse is Jeremiah 1:7 But the LORD said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am only a child.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you." He is married to Sarah and they have one daughter, Emilie.
